After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank account information. Please include your order number as the reference when making your transfer. Once the amount has been credited to our account, your order will be prepared for shipping.

Payment upon Pickup

If you’d like to pick up your order at the retrospiel store, you can pay in person at the store, either in cash, via PayPal, or with your debit or credit card.
After we've received your order, we’ll send you a pickup confirmation via email as soon as your items are ready for you at our store; usually by the next business day.
