Shipping Information

Once we have received your payment, we will try to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Delivery within Germany generally takes 3–7 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary and can take up to 31 business days or longer.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Our shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. The shipping weight of each item is shown on its product detail page. Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you add items to your shopping cart.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Further information is available on the European Commission's website:  http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/index_en.htm

Local Pickup

You are also welcome to collect your order from the retrospiel street store.

Once your order has been received, we will send you a collection confirmation by email as soon as your items are ready for pickup. In most cases, this will be within 1–2 business days.

To arrange a convenient pickup time, please contact us and include your order number using one of the following methods:

• telephone: +49 177 1914575 (Wednesday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).

Shipping of Games Rated USK 18

Please note that we are legally required to comply with the German Youth Protection Act ( Jugendschutzgesetz – JuSchG ) when selling video and computer games.

Under German law, physical media such as DVDs, PC games, and console games may only be made available to minors if they have been examined and approved by the relevant self-regulatory body (FSK for films or USK for video games) and carry the appropriate age rating.

Accordingly, products marked "FSK 18", "USK 18", or products that have not received an FSK or USK age rating may only be:

• collected in person at the retrospiel street store; or
• received personally upon delivery.

In both cases, an identity and age verification will be carried out:

• by DHL upon delivery; or
• by our staff when collecting your order in-store.

The personal details provided when placing your order must exactly match the information shown on your passport.

If the information does not match, we will unfortunately be unable to hand over your order.
